Usage data: barcodes and menu items you scan, your nutrition goals, and feature interactions, so scores and recommendations can be personalized for you.

Health & tracking data you choose to enter: body measurements, weight entries, and progress photos.

Device data: app version, device model, and crash diagnostics used to keep the app stable.

2. Progress photos & measurements

Progress photos and body measurements are stored with privacy-first encryption and are visible only to you.

We never use your photos for advertising, never share them with third parties, and never use them to train models.

You can export or permanently delete any photo or measurement from the app settings at any time.

3. How we use your data

To score foods against your personal goals, show scan history, and surface Better Matches.

To improve barcode recognition accuracy and product coverage using aggregated, de-identified scan patterns.

To send launch updates or feature announcements only if you explicitly subscribe — you can unsubscribe in one tap.

4. What we never do

We never sell your personal data.

We never show third-party ads inside the app.

We never share identifiable health data with advertisers, data brokers, or insurers.

5. Data retention & deletion

Your data is kept while your account is active. Deleting your account removes your profile, scan history, measurements, and photos from active systems within 30 days.

To delete your account or request a copy of your data, use Settings → Privacy in the app or email us.
